Development Projects

Accurate’s move into property development was a logical one given the extensive construction experience of the management and workforce.

Accurate’s initial development project was completed in 2000, at Bedford Road, Clapham, and a further, full-scale development on an historic site at Landor Road, was completed in 2003. An additional development at Stockwell was completed during 2005.

Accurate Developments is now working on a new project at Queens Road, London Zone 2, SE15. The project comprises three phases including the residential apartments and commercial shop frontages in a prime location adjacent to Queens Road Station. Apartments are now available for sale in Phase I of the project: Queens Gate Mews, SE15.

Each project has benefited from the diverse construction and experience through the utilisation of modern construction techniques and the skills of its craftsmen, that provide truly original fittings and fixtures.
